Our team is seeking a Team Member Trainee who will lead personalized consultations for customers on AT&T’s modern phones. The Team Member Trainee will be coaching associates to deliver the same expertise, proving that field excellence is the foundation for your consulting career growth.
As a Team Member Trainee, your training encompasses the technical details of AT&T smartphones and the art of team development. The Team Member Trainee will then guide customers through device selection and inspire their team to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor that seizes every opportunity to enhance the mobile experience.
Core Functions of the Team Member Trainee
- Engage directly with customers to provide clear guidance on AT&T smartphones, 5G devices, and wireless compatibility.
- Educate customers on AT&T 5G smartphone features, translating technical details into practical benefits that encourage upgrades and activations.
- Monitor team performance and analyze sales trends to recommend tailored device solutions to customers that emphasize long‑term reliability and personal value.
- Oversee new smartphone activations and equipment upgrades, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AT&T service documentation standards.
- Troubleshoot initial device setup for customers and provide team‑level support to guarantee a seamless out-of-the-box experience.
- Advance professional development by applying AT&T’s Team Member Trainee training framework, progressing from front‑line sales to managing territory growth.
Education & Experience for the Team Member Trainee
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer support with a proven ability to maintain a professional brand image.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain smartphone technology, resolve account inquiries, and motivate customers.
- Time management skills and detail oriented.
- Balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer engagement.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
