What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Attendant (Residential) position at Luxe Parking Management?

**STARTING PAY WILL BE $520 BASED ON A 40 HOUR WORK WEEK**

**OVERTIME HOURLY RATE $18 PER HOUR**


The Front Desk Attendant must possess excellent customer skills, be well groomed and display the maturity and self-confidence to demonstrate good judgment. The front desk attendant should be quick thinking, show initiative and be able to work as a member of the team.


Job Requirements: Include, but not limited to the following;


  • Greet and welcome all residents, members and guests.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and obtain approval from front desk prior to obtaining building access.
  • Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in English with guest, management, and other associates to the understanding.
  • Highly energetic and capable of handling various tasks.
  • The employee is subject to schedule  changes and/or overtime as required by the job and his/her supervisor. This may include working weekends, working after course of normal business hours and at others times as required by the job. The employee is subject to these schedule changes on as little notice as 24 hours.
