Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
  
  
  

LPN Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage to maintain emotional wellness
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history and records
• Take and monitor vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician
