Unlike a traditional hotel concierge role, this position supports both our travel advisors and their clients, delivering world-class, personalized service that elevates every travel experience.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of concierge experience in Forbes Travel Guide-rated hotels, or hold the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or Membership, and maintain a well-established global network of hospitality and lifestyle connections. This role is remote, offering flexibility, but will require periodic visits to Miami for training, collaboration, and team events.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as a concierge resource for LuxRally Travel advisors and their clients, delivering world-class service and solutions.Leverage an extensive international network to secure VIP access, exclusive dining, entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle experiences.Provide multilingual support to ensure seamless communication with international clients and partners.Handle complex and high-touch requests, including luxury travel logistics, private events, and urgent problem-solving.Collaborate with travel advisors to elevate client offerings, ensuring each journey is personalized and extraordinary.Visit Miami periodically for collaboration, training, and strategic meetings.Skills & Qualifications3 years of concierge experience in Forbes Travel Guide-rated luxury hotels or resorts, preferably in Europe.Active Les Clefs d’Or certification preferred.Multilingual fluency (written and spoken) preferred; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse global clientele.Extensive international hospitality, dining, and lifestyle network, with proven ability to deliver insider access.Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving demands.Self-motivated and effective in a remote setting, with flexibility for Miami-based collaboration.Ability to have flexible hours due to the global nature of travel.Why Join LuxRally Travel?At LuxRally Travel, we are redefining what it means to deliver luxury concierge service in the modern travel industry.
