We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Wichita Falls office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
Customer Service
Manage sales reps schedules
Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
Assist customers in showroom
Requirements:
- Must have Saturday availability
- 1-3 years relevant experience
Bi-Weekly Pay!
1 week of vacation after first year of employment!!
We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
Salary : $25,000 - $35,000
