- NO canvasing, NO cold calls
- All leads are HOT and verified.
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and be coachable
- Ability to ask for the sale and close the deal
- Aptitude for creativity and design
- Willing to learn new closing techniques
- Ability to comfortably present high-ticket products
- Not required but a bonus if you have worked in home remodels and/or bath remodels
- W-2 employment with health, dental and 401K
- Paid Training
- Preset qualified confirmed appointments
- Extensive product and sales training
- $90k-$200K per year
- Flexible work schedule
