About You: We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.

Essential Functions:
- Convert work orders to invoices
- Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders
- Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices
- Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals
- Work with the accounting team to research billing questions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
- Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
- Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
- 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
