Lawn Care Technician
The Lawncare Technician is responsible for providing professional lawn care to commercial customers. We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills, communication skills, a strong ability to learn and can work well with others.
· Assist foreman with the following tasks.
· Experience in operating zero turn mowers. (Preferred but not required).
· Application of weed control and fertilization.
· Pruning
· Back pack blowing and weed whipping.
· MNDOT pre/post trip inspections.
· Must be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer.
· Report vehicle/trailer issues to management right away.
· Daily routes will be given to you by the Lawncare Manager each morning. Complete that daily route in a timely manner, with high quality work.
Qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude, patience and good follow-through skills.
- A valid Class D Driver’s License.
- Health card (or ability to obtain one).
- Clean driving record. (no major offenses in the past 3 years).
- Reliable transportation to work every day, on time and ready to work.
- Must have working knowledge of English enough to read, write, speak and understand oral and written information.
- Must be organized and have the ability to clearly document all work performed.
- Always operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- You must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds frequently carrying objects and/or tools.
- You must be willing and able to walk or stand to a significant degree on rough terrain for long periods of time.
- Ability to work long hours during Spring/Summer/Fall months.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
