We seek a qualified patent prosecutor to join our team at M&B IP. This is a full-time, permanent position located in New Jersey. Qualifications Required:
- At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience
- Candidates who are experienced in building personal client relationships, or have a strong desire to do so are strongly preferred.
- A technical background is desired, and familiarity with a range of technologies (EE, ME, CS, Physics, etc.)
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
