What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Store Assembly Specialist position at M&C Assemblies Inc?
M&C Assemblies has been in business for over 30 years! We are the industry leader in assembly services, driven by ethics, analytics, and a sense of urgency. You would represent the best of who we are. Primarily as an excellent assembly technician, you understand not only how to build, but that every item we assemble goes to a real person and needs to be assembled to manufacturer specifications.
Compensation / Benefits:
This is a W2 position, with potential for insurance benefits after 6 months, if you maintain full-time employment. (30 hours per week)
You will also receive an elite rate of 60% per item assembled!
Requirements:
2 years of assembly and leadership experience. (resume required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to check-in before 9am.
Must have a smart device (with a camera) for scanning and invoicing.
Must have tools: cordless impact drill, impact driver, standard assembly tools.
Availability:
Monday – Friday from 8am until 5pm or later.
Weekends as needed.
