The Monven Group restaurants were established in 2010 with the goal to give our guests a truly great experience each time they step through our doors. It is our passion to serve our guests and make them feel as though they have stepped into our home.

Job Requirements
Guest Assistant - $5.35 per hour plus tips

- Assist the Servers and Bartenders with Water Service, Bread Service, running food and beverage, refilling drinks, etc.
- Awareness of guest needs - seamless service where the guest wants for nothing
- Bussing and setting of tables - keeping a clean workspace
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and days, nights
- Ability to be standing or walking for 5 straight hours throughout a shift
- Ability to reach, bend, balance and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs
