Summary/Objective:
M&K In Harrisburg is looking for a talented Office Administrator to provide supports for Parts and Service. The purpose of this position is to provide a warm welcome to our customers and guests either in person or on the phone. Take payments if need be and help with Account Reconciliations. This is a full time role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30pm.
Essential Functions:
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls/ taking and relaying messages.
- Meeting and greeting customers/clients.
- Typing correspondence, letters and documents etc.
- Record receipt of parts and posts into the ADP system.
- Make correct change for customers’ purchases.
- Process purchases using credit card machine and verify checks upon receipt.
- Operate a cash a cash register or drawer with absolute accuracy and efficiency
- Cashier/ handling of receivables and sending to the corporate center for proper processing
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Other duties will be assigned;
Education and Experience:
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone that has previous automotive or heavy duty truck dealership experience
- Experrience with CDK is preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office items
- Mathematical aptitude to balance out the cash drawer and recording all transactions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

- Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary : $17 - $20
