Work Schedule:Wednesday-Sunday (may include overtime, Weekends & Holiday availability during peak season) *hours will vary dependent on job tasks available*

Expected Pay: $25/HR DOE

Position Overview:Join our dynamic field team as a Water Restoration Technician / General Laborer! You’ll play a critical role in setting up industrial drying equipment, assisting with water damage restoration projects, and tackling general labor tasks on active job sites. This is a seasonal opportunity with potential for year-round employmentbased on performance and business needs.

Your day will include:

• Driving a company-provided vehicle between job sites
• Setting up and monitoring drying/heating equipment
• Demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Assisting with mold remediation
• Site cleanup and equipment maintenance
• Interfacing professionally with homeowners and site teams

*Work hours may vary; extended hours and some weekends are expected during the busy season. Your day typically ends upon job completion.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic:Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile
• Physical capability:Able to repeatedly lift and carry 80 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort in confined spaces:Able and willing to work in crawlspaces and attics; no claustrophobia or pre-existing medical conditions that prevent wearing a respirator. Must be willing to crawl and climb into small spaces.
• Clean driving record:Must provide a 5-year driving abstract; no DUIs, reckless driving, or recent license suspensions. Valid/current driver’s license required. We will accept applicants with less than 2 traffic infractions (separate from reckless driving/DUI).
• Ability to pass a DOT (non-CDL) physical examProfessional appearance and communication

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous experience in water restoration, construction, or related trades
• Familiarity with industrial drying equipment and safety best practices
