As a senior litigation attorney at M. Ross & Associates, you will join our team of commercial litigators where we focus on everything from shareholder and partnership disputes, to contractual disputes (real estate, construction and other commercial matters), to intellectual property disputes, and various other business tort related litigation. Responsibilities Include:

· Managing a litigation from inception to completion
· Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
· Reviewing and managing all phases of discovery, including conducting depositions
· Attending court appearances and arguing motions
· Drafting and reviewing complex settlement agreements
· Conducting trials along with arbitration and mediation
· Handling all aspects of pre-and post-trial work
· Negotiating and reviewing contracts

We're looking for:

· Minimum 10 years of commercial litigation experience, with hands-on trial experience in the State, Federal and Appellate Courts
· Admitted in New Jersey and New York
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box and problem solve
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· An individual who is genuine and collaborative; enjoys being a part of a team, working cross-functionally, and able to work independently when needed
· Someone with a desire to learn and grow professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
