Position Summary: This position will perform structural design, analysis and detailing for various process industrial, mining/materials handling and other structures as assigned.

- Independently perform structural design of assigned structures. Prepare and/or direct completion of required project deliverables.
- Coordinate drafting structural designs utilizing Revit and other software.
- Provide input for departmental and project reports.
- Prepare materials to establish project cost estimates, check structural calculations and drawings completed by others.
- A minimum of 5 years related engineering experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with an emphasis in structures.
- Candidate must be able to travel to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
- Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
- A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.
- PE and/or SE
- Working knowledge of Revit, RISA 3D, and MS Office.
- Experience with multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
- Specify and design structural steel and foundations for industrial projects.
- To mentor, instruct and direct the project work or junior engineers.
- Provide management and coordination for projects.
