What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter / Craftsman position at M3 Inc?
We have immediate openings for Skilled Carpenters & Craftsmen. $26 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Carpenter and a desire to provide high-quality work as a Craftsman. Compensation based on experience. Must be able to perform all aspects of construction in high-end residential and light commercial work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Specific Areas of Experience & Knowledge:
- Attention to detail (in quality of work and communication)
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Structural and rough framing
- Fine trim carpentry and millwork
- Ability to operate various hand tools, shop tools and power tools
- Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools safely
- Must be able to adapt to new construction methods
- Must be able to operate electronic computer tablet (iPad)
