What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Pump Operator position at M3 Inc?
M3, Inc. seeks a qualified Concrete Pump Operator for our Putzmeister TK-40 Concrete Pump. Candidate must have experience in concrete construction and with operating concrete pumps. Preference will be given to applicants possessing a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current DOT Medical Card as we also have a need for a CDL Driver to deliver materials to jobsites. Depending upon experience and credentials, the pay is $25 - $30 per hour.
Candidates must:
- Possess a clean driving record;
- Meet physical requirements of operating, cleaning, and maintaining a concrete pump;
- Proactively follow safety protocols; and
- Be punctual, dependable, and professional.

After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance (M3, Inc. pays 60% of the medical premium). Dental and Vision benefits are also available at very affordable rates.
Supplemental Benefits:
100% employer paid Short Term Disability and Life Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment.
Paid Holidays:
After 90 days, full-time employees receive 6 paid Holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and New Year's Day.
Flexible Paid Time Off:
After one year of employment, we offer 40 hours of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to full-time employees.
