What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employee Benefits Client Specialist position at M3 Insurance?
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Employee Benefits service and sales teams.
- Responsible for data entered into agency management system - Epic.
- Responsible for collecting and compiling renewal and marketing information from carrier partners
- Responsible for assembling, monitoring ensuring accuracy within the marketing platform.
- Provide project assistance to CM’s as needed.
Client Management Support
Responsibility or Duty:
- Request ancillary benefit renewals through the marketing platform as well as requesting medical renewals directly from the carriers.
- Utilize processes and procedure guidelines to perform the work expected.
- Delivering request for proposal to our carrier partners as directed by the by the Client Managers.
- Prepare and comprehend benefit proposals as directed by the Client Manager.
- Provide project support as requested.
Data Entry and Verification
Responsibility or Duty:
- Complete data entry in Epic and other M3 technology platforms.
- Ensure data in all technology platforms is accurate.
