About the role
Join our growing team as a Client Service Representative, where you'll be the vital first impression for our clients! You will own the client journey from day one, leading successful onboarding and directly contributing to their long-term success with our cutting-edge software. You'll be a key resource, handling initial support and proactively checking in to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Customer success - Handle the onboarding of new clients. Then check in on clients per the customer success schedule. Ensure clients are happy and prevent churn.
- Basic support - Field incoming support inquiries from clients. Determine if it's an actual bug and create a ticket for the development team to resolve. If it's a training issue, they should show the client how to accomplish what they need. Should it be an enhancement request, an enhancement ticket should be created for the development team.
- Sales Support - Will assist with overflow coverage for the sales phone line.
- Others may be assigned or removed as needed
Requirements
- Must be based in LATAM or Philippines
- Advanced English proficiency
- Reliable high speed internet connection
- Available to work a shift based on the US Eastern Time Zone.
- 2 years sales experience
- 2 years experience working with CRMs
- 1 Experience in virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, etc
- Experience in software sales is a big plus
- Tech savvy
- Quick learner
- Positive, can do attitude
Compensation
$10 - $12 per hour DOE plus commission
Salary : $10 - $12
