What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCaBA position at MAC Midwest?
POSITION PURPOSE: Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children affected by ASD who are receiving therapeutic services. The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) works as a team member in the delivery of services and as a promoter of MAC services and expansions. The BCaBA works within a team of professionals to design, deliver, evaluate, and report on the services being provided to MAC clients. This position can be onsite or remote.
We are only considering candidates that live in the following states: Florida, Iowa, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Texas.
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 to $65,000 DOE

MAC's services are center-based and in-home, and include speech and occupational therapy, assessment and diagnosis services, and individual and family therapy. At any given time, MAC serves approximately 370-400 clients throughout Minnesota at 22 centers located in Eagan, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Fridley, Vadnais Heights, Minnetonka, Woodbury, Duluth, Superior, Virginia, Mankato, Rochester, Red Wing, New Ulm, Medford, Hutchinson and Cambridge.

Qualifications
- Must provide sufficient written evidence of training and/or education in the method of evidence-based therapy being delivered.
- The BCaBA must be knowledgeable of professional and ethical clinical standards regarding the delivery of behavior analytic services.
- The BCaBA must be effective working within a team structure and have demonstrable effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The BCaBA must pass all criminal background checks as required by the State of Minnesota to be eligible to work with children and vulnerable adults.
Collaborate with BCBA Supervisor to:
- Develop comprehensive behavior plans that allow each client the opportunity to excel among populations from birth through adulthood.
- Consult with Clinical Supervisors to maintain quality of cases through ABA data analysis and collaborate on implementing data-driven program changes.
- Participate in multiple service delivery settings (home, school, community, supervision, direct support, parent training).
- Conduct assessments and train support staff.
- Participate in the development of social groups, program advocacy and behavior consulting.
- Participate in workshops and train clinical professionals, staff, and parents to expand our client's knowledge base.
- Cultivate a culture of compassion, communication, excellence, creativity, and reliability.
- Maintain confidentiality of the children and families/caregivers served by MAC according to professional ethical standards, state and federal rules and regulations and MAC's internal policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership in the areas of training, instruction, and demonstration as necessary.
- Attend and present at clinical and interdisciplinary meetings as requested, necessary and appropriate.
- Assist with additional projects and collaboration with other departments.
- Assist with assessment tracking.
Professional Development
- Identify topics and provide training in relevant settings.
- Developing on-going trainings for the CC/CCT teams.
- Accrual of required continuing education to maintain BCaBA certifications.
