As a Head Filling Chef at Macaron Queen, you will be responsible for preparing and creating various fillings for our macarons. Your expertise in following recipes and maintaining quality standards will ensure that our products are both delicious and consistent.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Work with other employees to ensure that all orders are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep a daily log.
- Must be comfortable with repetition.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
- Must have prior work experience and provide proper references.
- Must work well in a team setting.
- Perfect attendance is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food production or manufacturing
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sanitation and cleanliness protocols
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in a food processing plant
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a forklift
- Familiarity with packaging processes in the food industry

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
