What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Inspector position at MacDermott Roofing, Inc.?
MacDermott Roofing has been servicing the Metro Detroit area since 1975 and has a long history of excellence. We provide roof repairs and replacement to commercial flat roofing customers.
We are a growing company and are looking for a part time Inspector to assist our Salespeople in inspecting commercial flat roofs.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in evaluating commercial roofs
- Must be able to use technology such as tablet, phone and computer
- Valid drivers license/clean driving record
- Have a customer focused/consultative approach to your evaluation
- Willing to learn our processes/approach
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Inspect and evaluate commercial flat roofs for repairs
- Perform take-off's for new roofs
- Provide accurate and thorough documentation using our web-based technology platform (FCS)
- Work with sales team to communicate scope
Pay negotiable based on experience.
