We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Assist with proofreading documents and preparing correspondence for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as calendar management, bookkeeping, and personal assistant responsibilities is beneficial.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
