RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent clients in family law matters from intake through resolution
• Handle hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and professionalism
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive case materials
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and advocacy
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful outcomes
• Meet established billable hour requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar License
• AT LEAST 2-5 YEARS of experience as a Family Law Attorney
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Discovery and civil litigation background a plus
• Bankruptcy background a plus

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year depending on experience

JEFFREY P. MACH, JR., CFLS – Lead Attorney

Jeffrey P. Mach, Jr. is the lead attorney and CEO of Mach Law. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist in the state of California, which means he has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in family law. Mr. Mach’s experience in family law matters includes prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, legal separation, child custody, child visitation, adoptions, child support, spousal support, property division, wage garnishments, post-judgement modifications, and review of marital settlements agreements.

Mr. Mach has successfully represented and led hundreds of clients through the process of resolving their family law legal disputes through litigation proceeds, bench trials as well as through effective out-of court settlements.

Mr. Mach is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for you and helping you navigate through family legal proceedings with straightforward advice and his extensive experience in the San Diego family law courts.

Mr. Mach is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi (B.A. Political Science, 2004) and Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., 2007).

Mr. Mach has also served as an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and San Diego University for Integrative Studies.

Mr. Mach is admitted to practice before all state courts in California and the United States District Court (Southern District of California).

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Mach enjoys creating music, surfing, and basketball.
