Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Manager located in Melbourne, FL. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs in the defense, communications, industrial, energy, and medical industries. They will develop and execute project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and ensure successful program delivery. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and timelines. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong customer focus and a hands-on team approach.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in program management and leading complex projects preferably in electronics manufacturing environments
- Background in supporting high volume, system assembly surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing operation preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the defense, communications, industrial, energy, and/or medical industries
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
- PMP certification desirable
- U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees and those given asylum in the United States, and temporary residents granted amnesty) since work includes ITAR controlled technical date
