Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person with general knowledge of most construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, etc. to perform facility maintenance in a professional workmanship like manner on commercial properties throughout the Sacramento and Stockton Regions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, communication, strong commitment to customer service and workplace safety.Sample Types of Work:Lighting – Replace light bulbs and/or ballasts in offices, warehouses or exterior lighting, LED conversionsPlumbing – Troubleshoots, repair or replace toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, storm drains, sump pumps or unclog drains.Doors - locks and entry lever repair or replacement, hydraulic closure, weather stripping.Roof - minor repairs, debris removal, roof drain clearing.Unit turnover/preparation for new tenants. Drywall repair, painting, minor roof maintenance repair and/or weather proofing, and interior office ceiling repair.Dayporter services which includes picking up or haul away any trash dumped at propertyClean off and paint over graffitiVariety of other minor repairs and maintenance.Skill Requirements:Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field (3 years journeyman level experience)Experience in operating equipment such as scissor lift, power washer, floor scrubbers, towing trailers for scissor lift delivery and hydraulic dump trailers.Valid CA Drivers' license with good driving record.Ability to apply logical reasoning to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.Proficiency in English both verbal and written.A proactive approach to maintenance tasks with cleanliness and attention to detail.Join our team where your skills will contribute significantly to our company.
