Job Summary

Performs duties associated with production control.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate shipping materials and trucking schedules
  • Coordinate with other departments, outside vendors and/or suppliers regarding customer concerns, materials or quality concerns
  • Compare, maintain, file and mail appropriate invoices and receipts to customer when needed
  • Run daily reports
  • Perform inventory audits and department audit when needed
  • Complete all required system entries
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • Perform work under direct supervision
  • Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
