Job Summary
Performs duties associated with production control.
Job Duties
- Coordinate shipping materials and trucking schedules
- Coordinate with other departments, outside vendors and/or suppliers regarding customer concerns, materials or quality concerns
- Compare, maintain, file and mail appropriate invoices and receipts to customer when needed
- Run daily reports
- Perform inventory audits and department audit when needed
- Complete all required system entries
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform work under direct supervision
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Ability to interpret work instructions
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
