The Sales Associate will provide administrative support to the eBook trade sales team, with some contact with eBook accounts.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled eBook price promotions
- Create meeting agendas
- Create monthly email memos and pub alert emails

Work as primary eBook contact for Scribd, support Senior Manager with digital library accounts

Participate in regular sales and marketing meetings, account calls, and quarterly title presentations
- Support team in ad hoc administrative tasks
- Develop a strong relationship with Macmillan’s wholly owned and distribution publishing teams, as well as the teams for Amazon, Library Marketing, Data Analytics, digital audio, and Central Marketing
What you'll bring:
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently on deadlines and manage time efficiently
- Ability to perform basic analytic tasks in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and calculating percent change
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Interest in sales and the publishing industry
Ideal Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in publishing and/or sales
This role will have an annual salary of $54,000-$56,000.
