Essential Functions
- Provide technical support to customers on product specs, packaging formats, and capabilities.
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
- Lead new product introductions by coordinating sample requests, approvals, and initial production planning through the New Product Introduction process.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to address customer questions or issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and contribute to root cause investigations and process improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing processes and customer interactions, recommending and implementing improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years' experience in technical sales, customer support, or engineering in a manufacturing environment (packaging preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills —verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and ISO experience a plus.
- Office-based role with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
- Light lifting (up to 20 lbs) and walking in a production setting may be required.
