JOB DESCRIPTION

Banking Clerks are responsible for all banking duties; these include, but are not limited to:

· Management of all personal checks into the hospital system, including monies from all department

· Management of Electronic Funds (EFT) data from all payers

· Management of remittance Advice (RA) data from all sources

· Preparing and completing all parts of the daily cash pocket, hospital, and clinic

· Balancing all daily funds and properly designating them on the deposit control sheet

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Good written and verbal communication skills

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred, but not required.

3. Minimum one year of related experience in the healthcare and/or banking industry; other related experience will also be considered.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
