Job Summary
- As Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse area and all Mad Science inventory. You will be responsible for scheduling all kits as well as ensuring they are properly maintained and in usable condition. As Equipment Manager, you would oversee and manage all equipment and chemicals used in each area of business, and manage chemical storage and preparation of all chemical mixtures.
Responsibilities
- Ensures kits/equipment are in “ready to pull” condition for all areas of business; resolve equipment problems before returning kits to storage area
- Maintains a system for others to locate all equipment
- Ensures that all equipment checklists are up to date
- Schedules/assign kits for after school programs
- Oversees and conducts equipment check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintains/updates inventory system for kit durables; provide Supply Specialist with equipment purchasing requests
- Ensure all chemical products are properly labeled and stored in the office and the kits
- Maintain the appropriate SDS sheets for kits containing chemicals
