What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Law Clerk/Legal Assistant (WILL TRAIN) position at Madalon Law?
Madalon Law is a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm. We pride ourselves in detailed, meticulous, aggressive representation. Being effective is not enough, we want to be the best. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who will wants to grow in the legal profession. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Report claims, compile demand packages, drafts demand letters, request records and bills, schedule client appointments, update the client as to case status, closing statements, draft complaint packages, e-file, schedule global settlement conference, assist in pre-trial mediation prep, review and collect updated health liens,
Qualifications:
Organization; Detail oriented; Deadline oriented; Ability to follow-up; Teamwork; High standards; Ability to leave your personal issues, attitude and ego at the door; A joyful and compassionate/empathetic spirit; and Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Russian or English/Creole) a plus
