Madame Tussauds is actively on the lookout to find fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team!

We offer $14.50 per hour, flexible schedules, access to all of our Merlin attractions for you and your family, and a FUN work environment!

About the Role

Here at Madame Tussauds, our Guest Experience Team’s mission is to adopt a guest obsessed culture and help create lifelong memorable experiences for our visiting guests.

As a Guest Experience Host, you will lead our guests through a world of famous fun at one of the world’s greatest wax museum, Madame Tussauds Orlando! Working in a variety of guest experience positions/roles across both attractions, you will assist in driving repeat visitation by delivering the highest possible standard of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will also ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.

• Costume Character Walk Host

Responsibilities Include:

-Ensure that the Madame Tussauds brand is maintained throughout your performances.

-While maintaining the Madame Tussauds brand, you are encouraged to both explore and develop new ideas, themes, and characters within your performances.

-Ensure that you have a working radio on position and that it is used in an appropriate manner as stipulated in your training.

-Ensure that all props are used in the correct manner and treated with respect whilst keeping the performance areas clean and tidy at all times.  You must also report any prop issues directly to the Guest Experience Supervisor on Duty.

-Additionally, ensure that all wax figures are treated with respect, and furthermore, encourage guests to do the same while protecting the magic of the attraction and the Madame Tussauds brand.

-Network and communicate clearly with members of leadership and acting team.

-Ensure that you are guest focused at all times, interacting with the guests whilst being sympathetic to all attitudes. Be aware of guest health and safety as well at all times.

-Protect the magic: React to any flow or batching issues that may arise through the attraction in a timely manner without breaking the magic of the attraction.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
