Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Brokerage / Office Manager to oversee our TX Brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of real estate brokerage, TREC contracts, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends. This role requires a proactive approach to managing Team-members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and The Real Estate Manager will collaborate with various teams to enhance sales efforts and maintain high standards of property management.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Real Estate Brokerage.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws.
- Manage agents under the license and report to the Broker and Broker of Record.
- Hiring - Interview prospective agents at the company.
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Support and review TREC contracts / problem solve , etc.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate Team Leadership or Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for effective interaction with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively in various situations.
- Familiarity with administrative duties related to Real Estate.
- Strong TREC contract experience.
- Familiarity in Lead programs is a Plus
