Join our team at the F.M. Kirby Children's Center! We are seeking individuals for our Classroom Floater Support positions. As a Classroom Floating Support Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to teachers across various classrooms (infants, toddlers, and preschool). Your responsibilities will include aiding in curriculum delivery, supervising activities, and engaging with young children.
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, dependable, and passionate about working with children. Bi-lingual a plus!

Qualifications
- 1 years previous experience working in a daycare setting or with children preferred, but not required.
- Possess at hire, OR acquire CPR, First Aid, as offered by the Center or obtain within 30 days of hire. Will train.
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for long periods of time, while maintaining alertness for several hours at a time. May also require bending, kneeling, and leaning.
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids is possible.
- Must be able to lift and/or assist children up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
- Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical situations and physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency. Able to administer first aid.
- Ability to withstand a wide range of outside temperatures.
