The Madison Area YMCA is seeking certified lifeguards to work in our newly expanded and updated aquatics facility. All shifts available.
Are you not yet certified but looking to get your lifeguarding certification? The Madison Y can help you! Individuals who successfully complete a lifeguard certification class through the Madison Area YMCA and then later accept a lifeguarding position with us are eligible to receive a cash incentive equal to 50% of the cost of certification!

Qualifications
- At least 15 yrs of age
- Certifications: Current YMCA Lifeguard or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness.
- Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Must be able to maintain a positive demeanor and attitude towards members and staff.
Salary : $14 - $20
