Description
- Responds to customer inquiries over the phone with exemplary customer service
- Performs various data entry duties as needed
- Researches and retrieves documents using specialized software
- Processes rejected land documents using specialized software
- Reviews and audits PTax and MyDec statements
- Certifies and completes DD-214 discharge papers
- Assists with other projects and performs other duties as assigned or required which are within a reasonable scope of the duties stated above
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience and Skills
- Two (2) years or more of work experience in an office environment or customer service
- One (1) year or more experience with computer operation and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and customer service
- Ability to accurately type 40-50 words per minute
- Comprehensive knowledge of and/or experience with land documents

Physical Requirements
The employee may be required to walk or move up to 200 feet from primary desk. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Some specific vision abilities are required by this job.
