What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Fulfillment Consultant position at Madison-Davis, LLC?
Rate: $20/hour
- Onboard commercial and middle-market clients across Treasury products, supporting complex implementations including FTP, BAI, ACH, and Positive Pay.
- Serve as a primary support partner for internal teams and Treasury Management clients, resolving inquiries and operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure all Treasury Management documentation and agreements are accurately completed, executed, and approved prior to implementation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and response timelines.
- Track and consolidate reported issues to identify trends and recommend process or system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system and operational issues, coordinating with internal subject-matter experts to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuity of care.
- Support the Commercial Client Service Office with ad hoc projects, tasks, and initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure cross-coverage and timely completion of workflows.
- Manage urgent requests with a high degree of accuracy and quick turnaround.
