The Nurse Practitioner plays a central clinical role at Madison Medical—serving as both an independent provider and a collaborative partner within our integrated care model. Schedule & Hours
- Hours: Aligned with existing Madison Medical clinical provider schedules
(Consistent with hours shared for other provider roles)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience
- Incentive Compensation: Generous bi-monthly bonus structure tied to performance, quality metrics, and practice growth

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic testing and imaging
- Perform in-office procedures consistent with training and credentialing
Integrated, Multispecialty Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with physicians, pain and spine specialists, chiropractors, therapists, and nursing staff
- Participate in coordinated, cross-specialty care planning
- Support continuity of care across primary and specialty services
Patient Education & Experience
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, prevention, and long-term health optimization
- Foster informed decision-making through clear, compassionate communication
- Uphold Madison Medical’s premium patient experience standards
Clinical Excellence & Operations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Follow all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or multispecialty settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Comfort working in a high-expectation, collaborative clinical environment
