What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting-Financial Analyst-(Exe) position at Madison Memorial Hospital?
As Financial Analyst IV, this individual will perform advanced financial analysis and forecasting, in addition to overseeing more complex financial reporting and budgeting responsibilities. The position also involves managing significant components of the month-end close process, such as financial modeling, variance analysis, and key performance metric reporting. The Financial Analyst IV will assist in training junior analysts, providing strategic financial support to management, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data for decision-making.

Required Skills:
1. Solid understanding of advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budget variance analysis.
2. Highly skilled in the use of Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
3. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines.
4. Must maintain confidentiality and use discretion in carrying out financial responsibilities.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data.
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience is preferred

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
