Our client, a firm offering premier alternative investment solutions in the REIT space, is seeking an Internal & a Hybrid Wholesalers to join their Private Wealth team. This individual will partner closely with an External Wholesaler (Private Wealth Regional Leader) to drive advisor engagement, promote investment solutions, and support overall sales efforts within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong client-first mindset, able to build trusted relationships and contribute meaningfully to the firm's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage financial advisors through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote the firm’s REIT strategies and drive new business.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for advisors within the territory, offering product knowledge, sales support, and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with the External Wholesaler to execute a territory business plan and exceed sales goals.
- Educate advisors on market trends, fund performance, portfolio positioning, and investment suitability.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, accurate information related to product offerings, investment structures, and operational processes.
- Coordinate advisor meetings, webinars, and follow-ups to maintain engagement and advance sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in CRM systems.
- Monitor advisor activity and pipeline progress, contributing to strategic reporting and planning discussions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments relevant to the REIT and alternative investment space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 1–3 years of experience in internal sales, wholesaling, or financial services support—ideally within alternatives or asset management.
- Active Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within an approved time frame).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence advisors across channels.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for real estate investing, financial markets, and helping advisors serve their clients.
