What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at MAG Industries LTD?
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative that will be working closely with our sales team. Our customer service representative will focus on helping increase sales via order entry and contacting customers for new orders. We will also need you to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who will be excited to talk with and help customers. Problem-solving and troubleshooting will also be needed for customers with complaints or issues. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders and credits
- Contacting current customers via phone to take orders and check on various priorities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills/Job Requirements:
- Computer proficient
- Proven customer-support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree is required
- 4 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree is required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
