Position Summary
Magellan Aerospace, New York, Inc. is seeking a Shipper & Receiver to join our team in a manufacturing plant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in shipping and receiving operations and must possess a valid and clean Driver License. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and transportation of materials, parts, and products.
The salary range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Properly document shipments, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory records.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the inventory system.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Valid License required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and shipping software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
