About the Role

As an Annuity Product Expert, you’ll be the go-to resource for our advisors seeking guidance on annuity product options, income planning, and customized case design. You’ll provide expert-level support on fixed-indexed annuities, advising advisors on everything from carrier details and product specs to designing plans that meet the specific financial goals of pre-retirees and retirees. Your role will directly impact our advisors’ success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the expert on fixed-indexed annuities, guiding advisors on product selection and case design.
• Take inbound calls and respond to emails, delivering tailored recommendations and problem-solving advice.
• Reach out to advisors and advise them on how to enhance their product offerings/planning.
• Collaborate with advisors to create customized income plans and product solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay current on industry trends and annuity product updates, ensuring our advisors have the latest insights and strategies.
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-energy team dedicated to providing unmatched support to advisors nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong background in annuities, ideally fixed-indexed annuities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in phone and email communication.
• Ability to understand and match product solutions to advisor/client needs.
• Strong desire to grow within the company and continuously advance your knowledge.
