Role OverviewWe are seeking a Channel Manager to own, grow, and monetize our referral partner ecosystem—primarily MSPs and smaller IT companies. This role is a high-accountability, individual contributor position focused on driving measurable revenue through partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard new MSP and IT referral partners
- Drive consistent referral activity from existing partners
- Reactivate dormant or underperforming partners
- Build and manage a partner pipeline that directly contributes to company revenue
- Maintain ongoing partner engagement and enablement
- Attend partner meetings, networking events, and City Current events
- Track and report partner activity using ConnectWise Manage
- Operate with EOS-based metrics and quarterly priorities
- Increased partner-sourced revenue
- Consistent flow of qualified referrals
- Growing roster of active MSP partners

The ideal candidate has channel management or B2B sales experience, preferably working with MSPs or IT service providers. They are self-motivated, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning revenue targets.
