Precast Concrete Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
• Prepare and follow cement mix and recipe for pouring.
• Build simple molds, assist in the fabrication of complex molds.
• Operate concrete mixing equipment and ensure proper setup and maintenance.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces and desired textures.
• Sand, Bodywork, and prep finished precast pieces.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and pumping techniques.
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading to interpret project specifications.
• Skills in frame carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, and tile laying are highly desirable.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
