Overview
We are seeking to add to our team of Janitorial Service Providers. This position would focus on one-time cleans, turnovers, post-construction cleans. An attention to detail, willingness to learn and attitude to adapt to changing work conditions, challenges, and tasks. Lead work to meet deadlines and work with clients to ensure that all of their requests and needs are being met.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to Learn one of the following: hard floor care services, carpet cleaning services, window cleaning services
- Oversee and coordinate custodial activities for residential services and commercial cleaning projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tasks are completed to specification.
- Perform floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed.
- Conduct industrial cleaning operations in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Document project progress and report any issues or delays to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and practices.
- Ability to perform buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
