Our growing practice is seeking a full-time Vet Tech Assistant. We are a busy small animal clinic located in Morrilton. New building and great work environment with potential to learn and grow with our team. Related experience is REQUIRED to apply. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
Vet Tech Assistant Responsibilities:
- Basic grooming
- Answering phones & helping with front desk duties as needed
- Patient handling and restraint
- Basic animal care
- Monitor patients
- Operate blood machines
- Surgical patient monitoring: anesthesia and vital signs
- Help with x-rays
- Assisting doctor in surgery and exam rooms
- Basic cleaning
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must excel at multitasking
- Must be responsible, dependable, & hardworking
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and to stand for long periods of time

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm,
