Sales ManagerJob Description   Magis Center Mission:   We exist to turn the rising tide of unbelief in our culture through contemporary, rational, and science-based evidence.  Description: The Sales Manager drives program adoption and technology dissemination to help the Center achieve its mission. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for curriculum adoption and MagisAI deployment, while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve department goals. This role requires sales experience and leadership skills, thoughtful planning, and effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups, including educators, administrators, and technology decision-makers. This role requires a self-motivated, driven individual who takes initiative and has a strong commitment to the organization's mission. The Sales Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities1.Program and Technology Adoption Strategy Development•       Able to connect with and help educators and administrators see the value of science-based apologetic products (particularly MagisAI, high school and middle school courses, and faith formation courses), and to close agreements with these stakeholders.•       Lead outreach and engagement efforts with theology teachers, principals, and educational technology administrators regarding MagisAI adoption.•       Coordinate institutional downloads and deployment of MagisAI onto school iPads and other educational technology platforms.•       Collaborate with the team to align MagisAI and program adoption efforts with overall organizational objectives.  •       Identify new opportunities for growth in MagisAI, traditional curriculum adoption, and digital platform deployment.   2.Client Relations Management•       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with prospective clients.•       Identify and engage potential new clients to expand the organization’s client base and increase program adoption.•       Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling materials for increased engagement and adoption.3.Program Adoption Team Leadership•       Foster a positive and collaborative culture and work environment that encourages team members.•       Be courageous in providing feedback and bringing new ideas to the table.4.Goal Attainment•       Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to assess and improve program adoption team performance.•       Achieve program adoption goals.•       Work closely with other departments as needed to help the organization achieve its mission and goals.5.Data Analysis and Reporting•       Prepare regular reports providing insights into performance (successes and opportunities).•       Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy on a continual basis.6.Collaboration and Communication•       Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in organizational strategies.•       Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on department performance and initiatives.7.Project Management•       Lead program adoption project management; work with other departments on project management as needed. Qualifications•       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, theology, philosophy, science or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.•       Proven track record of successful leadership, preferably in sales/program adoption in the non-profit sector.•       Strong understanding of client relations and growth strategies.•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•       Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.•       Demonstrates leadership skills and works well with others.•       Has a passion for the mission and values of the organization.•       May require local and domestic travel, and possible international travel. Attributes•       Results-driven and self-motivated.•       Focused on meeting and exceeding goals.•       Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.•       Excellent leadership skills and teamwork attitude.•       Effectively communicates across multiple departments. Key Performance Indicators and Activity Requirements  Magis Center Sales Managers are full cycle sales reps. That is, they are responsible for the client relationship from prospecting through closing, order placement, and some customer support.    This entails the following duties to be performed:•       Managing and updating the Magis HubSpot CRM (and Sales Hub) of at least 100 leads at any given time, and no more than 300 (detailed below).•       Consistent and regular outreach to these leads through telephone prospecting, email prospecting, networking events, conferences, and mailing prospecting when appropriate.The Sales Representative/Outreach Specialist is required to average 25 calls and 25 emails every day, an average of 125 calls and 125 emails to 125 unique prospects (5-day work week designated to sales/outreach).

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
