Job Responsibilities
· Support clients to ensure payrolls are processed timely and accurately
· Answer questions ongoing use of the product
· Troubleshoot and solve problems with resources and guidance available
· Assist and coordinate with client trainings
· Engage clients and improve adoption and full use of the software and solutions
· Actively listen to improve processes and overall experience and relationship
· Become a trusted partner and an extension of our clients’ business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
